Does anyone have any advice of the best way to clean caravan windows when they have stubborn dirt or bird droppings on marks on them? The new van has Seitz tinted windows and I am hesitant at wanting to rub them too hard in case of scratching them.
Use great quantities of water first hosed on to float off anything that will.
I then have a Tesco microfibre cloth ,face flannel size, I then wipe very carefully with this sopping wet and rinse it in a bucket of clean water literally every 20 to 30 seconds. I use a fresh bucket full of water for each window. You have to be incredible careful with windows.
If it is scratched then Fenwicks do a good window rubbing compound but that needs using with a similar level of care as washing the windows.

Thanks
just a good car shampoo and clean water with a baby sponge,a very soft cloth must be used because the cloth can scratch if to hard.IF you drop the cloth for any reason do not use it until washed again.tiny grains of stone can do big damage,to maintain the shine i have used a good window cleaning spray for years with no damage.
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
Glad I came across this thread as I have been wondering this myself!
What is best to use to clean the inside of the windows? Can I use the window cleaning sprays or will it affect the rubber seals?
We use the spray specially for plastic windows in caravans...after washing them thoroughly (and carefully) with warm water. We use it inside and out and it cleans them well, without leaving smear marks all over the place. (about £3 from Towsure).
