hi everyone, i would be very gratefull if anyone could tell me which washing machine would you recommend out of the two portable twin tubs i see available? the pyramid twin tub or the royal twin tub? noticed the pyramid does 1.5kg and the royal does 2kg, but which one performs better??? or do you know off a better one? thanks xx
Having seen them in the flesh I personally think it would be cheaper in the long run to use washing machines on site as they are so small you can only put very few things in them at any one time.

We have a Pyramid twin tub used it 2-3 times a week when we were overwintering in Portugal , used it to wash everything from jeans to duvet covers with no problems

Not at £4.50 ago twice a week over a 13 week period it soon payed for itself
hi midge thanks for advice but i have 2 teenagers a 6 year old and a grandchild on the way and constantly washing at home, last time i went away it was costing me roughly £6 a day to do washing so i think a portable washer would be ideal in my situation x
And it all depends if you prefer to spend your time carrying the washing over to the launderette, sitting there pouring pound coins into the machines.
And of course you would have to limit yourself to sites who actually had a launderette, and if , like me you prefer CL's then there's not much of a choice.
Not forgetting you might have to keep trying until a machine is available, which might be at 2:00am
We aren't answering the question, which was about which is best. Not many of us have had more than one, so it's difficult to compare. For what it's worth, we have the 1.5kg one from Towsure, and it seems perfectly adequate and well made.
my mate had one last winter while we travelled in spain n maroc it washed n spin dried for 7 adults n never let us down . which one dont know . i have just a washer but its for sale need a twin tub after using his they are great . duvet covers no probs .
