We need something to cook on in the awning (Bacon, Sausages, Steaks etc). We saw an electric griddle on site recently but never had the chance to ask where they had got it from.

Has anybody any idea as to where I might get something similar. My trawl through the interweb has come up with nothing.

Hi there..we have a george foreman G2 grill/griddle...i had been lookin at them for a while and then one day stumbled across one in Morrisons for £30...

We have a table set up in the awnin and stand the grill on that..its great for breakfasts and steaks ect..

we have an electric gridle bought it from amazon it's big enough to cook a good breakfast on etc  it's light weight and never tripped electric when on low site ampage

I too use the old George Formby (as my wife calls it). Spot on, although can be a pain to clean. A little bit of olive oil on the hot plates before you cook stops it getting too bad.

Just the job for the awning table, and if big George F is correct, good for reducing fat (although not sure how effective it is on tesco's own sausages).

Thanks for all the replies and suggestions, in the end I've ordered the one at £24.99 from Amazon.

Hope it's here on time for our next trip out a week on Saturday.
