Hi can some one tell me if the gas conector ( the bit that conects the bottle to the van) comes with a new van please or do i have to buy one?

If it's a new van you'll need to buy the pipe between the regulator & the bottle. Get the dealer to throw one in for you.

Its called a pigtail and although it does not come with the van I would be surprised if the dealer would not include include one, might be worth asking.

What extra's was your dealer offering you?  We have got a free gas bottle with connections thrown in along with all our other freebies.  If you got a starter pack included or are paying for one then that should include the gas bottle and connectors.  We have 2 gas bottles with our current 'van so we are going to get a red one just in case we ever need one.

Hi  not to sure on what i am getting thrown in yet apart from an aquarol because i wanted and got top money for the M-home and gave him the damp bit in it for free.

He found it also..

But i have not finished yet..

Has the dealer seen your trade in yet or ust given you a valuation from the book price? My mate thought he'd got away with trading in a damp van several years ago, he got a trade in offer & arranged collection & change over, when he got the van to the dealers, it was damp checked & the price dropped. He wasn't a happy bunny.

No he has seen it and that is when he found the damp but stuck by the Px figure after comfirming it with the underwriter.

Just wont give me any freebee's! cant really complain though good px price and van at good price too better than all other dealers.

But i always want more and more never happy..
