They have certainly raised the bar in caravan design. The feature that I like the most is the wood free side walls - no worries about damp in the side walls, ever.
The future? I doubt it. Cant really get my mine round towing it with one of Gordon's electric "fairy cars" once cars of 2.2 tonnes plus are taxed into history.
ahhh but i was very surprised when i went to tax my 17 seater minubus, and my little 2 litre cabriolet peugeot on the same day , and found the minibus is actually cheaper to tax, tows very well too
The walls will be made from extruded composite, hard on the outside & closed cell foam inside, so impervious to water ingress even if damaged. Refrigerated bodies on trucks have been made with this stuff for yrs, I would have thought all modern caravans/motorhomes would use this form of construction.
Are caravans still made using a wood frame with glass wool insulation?
