I was talking about this on here last year, someone suggested Ebay, I adverised our van around 1145 on a sunday morning, it was sold for my buy it now price before 4pm same day. It was in super condition & 30 months old, I got almost the same price our local dealer ad them on the forecourt for & my buyer got a very good caravan.
I put it on an auction with a reserve I was happy to accept, I put a buy it now as well. I had an email from a person serious about buying it & he made me an offer. I wasn't happy to accept his offer but told him I'd lower the buy iy now to my lowest price for ONE hour. I lowered the Buy it now & he clicked it straight away.
One thing he did do that bugged me a bit was kept me waiting for 10 days because he couldn't come to me earlier. He then turned up with a stack of £20 notes & took it away.
I'd use Ebay again but I'd insist on my terms being met next time because I had several people contact me after I'd sold it, one offered to come here that night with the cash but I don't believe in seling something more than once & I waited for my buyer.
