We have just had our Bailey Indiana caravan 3 years and it went in for the service and it was found that we have a crack in the roof of the back panel, and it failed the damp test, we now have to have a whole new back panel and awning rail both sides fitted. The dealer said that Baileys are taking up the problem with the panel makers as they have been making them on the slightly short side and this has created stress and cracked it, they have put some mastix there until we can get the work done, it's scheduled in for end of Aug. Fortunately it is covered by the 6 year water ingress warranty, so no worries there. Anyone else had this done.
Sorry to hear that, you don't expect it on a 3 year old van do you. The quality seems to be getting worse and worse not just on Baileys but across the board.

Have they told you how long it will take to repair? It's not good though, is it to think that something i'd still consider new has to have this kind of repair. But Thank God for Warrenties!!
