sorry, can't help with the facility you're asking about, but if it's a CASSoA gold facility, you should have no problems, & your insurance (depending on the age of the van) may well be cheaper. you can double check their CASSoA registration by looking at their website as well (just do a google search for CASSoA).
Our storage is CASSoA gold & have had no problems at all. We pay £235 per year in S Wales.
