I've only ever seen photos of Teardrop caravans (yes I've led a sheltered life ) but on our way to Pembrokeshire last Monday, May 11th, I spotted one. A beautiful, silver-grey Teardrop going in the opposite direction. (They were heading East from Carmarthen around 1pm. Any owners here?). Only a fleeting glance but enough for me and the Missus to be impressed. It looked stunning and not that small. So if you're the very proud owner of it I'd just like to say,,,,,we're jealous
To be honest, apart from the one in Lowdham Caravans a while ago we have only seen one whilst camping. It was in France last year at a campsite in Normandy as a permanent siting. Didnt get to see inside but I think it was the very top of the range one - lovely!

Re Karim: Do you want to own one & actually camp in in it or do you think they just look cute?
I did consider building one. There are hundreds of plans out on the net. Great for the short breaks (No pun intended) or for me just nipping off for a few days fishing. Our second (mobile) home.
Wish you could tow a caravan towing one of those (if you know what I mean) be ideal for the grandkids to sleep in. We haven't taken them away yet but will be soon, when we eventually get out there and buy the pup tent.
