We need a caravan as soon as poss but are on a bit of a budget. Ive got my eye on two; a Dethfuss and a Crown touring caravan. (Both 5 berth). Can anyone advise which would be 'best'? This is our first caravan. Thanks.

Is it a Dethleffs? Have looked at some of these and the build quality is very good.  Cant comment on the crown as never seen one.

hi, before you buy your van invest in a damp meter they dont cost a lot and you can buy them from bq,then check all round the inside of van,inside all cuboards and under beds and seats,then make sure your car is cabapale of towing van,you can get all the information on this site, best of luck.

I have just sold a crown regent gt and had no snags in the three and a half years we owned it. My local dealer reakons they are a reliable van as well. Were very happy with ours.
