No clunking from mine.
However, it hasn't been used that much.
Mine used to "chatter" a bit up the steep bit of the drive, but that has now stopped since they fitted a new control board.
I think the fitter mentioned that some do clunk a bit depending how the rollers are fitted.
There may be a chance the rollers are not properly in line due to the mover moving on the chassis or poor fitting. (which would be the same thing!)
I would phone them back and insist on a visit. But i think it only fair that you offer to pay the visit cost if no fault is found etc.
