We purchased two weeks ago a very neat 16" LCD Ferguson TV (model number F1603LVD) for our caravan, it comes complete with built in freeview, DVD player, scart socket, HDMI slot, pc input, CI slot, USB input, audio/video inputs and memory card slot. We paid £179.99 for this from Comet.
The quality of the picture and sound is much better than the Tesco cheap one we purchased a few weeks ago and the screen and plastic surround area is also slim, black coloured and very neat.
This TV also runs on 240 and 12v. We have purchased a 12v connector from Ebay and my husband has made a lead for this TV so we can run off 12v.
We have tried other 12v TV's and they flicker or get intereference when there is more than 12v going into it. This one does not. We can only assume it has a voltage regulator built in as it did not falter even though it was receiving 14.6v from our van battery.
Just thought I would share this with you, as I know some of you were looking for a replacement small good quality TV for your caravan.
