We have a Sunncamp Ultima 390 and have used it for a season with no troubles. It had a very slight leak when we first used it in rain. The second time it rained it never leaked at all. I understand that this is normal as the awning needs to be weathered.
It is very simple to put up providing the pitch is level or slopes down very slightly away from the caravan. If it slopes the other way it is impossible to get a good fit between the awning and caravan wall.
All in all it has been excellent value for money although we now have a full awning if we go away for longer than a weekend.
------------- I'll do it tomorrow

Hi not sure about the techlite as i have never come across one. We do have the Sunncamp 390 though and we did start off with a version of the 260.
The 390 has double poles across for stability and anti roof sag, ours has a bedroom annexe too and we have found this very useful for storing items, changing or putting someone up at short notice. It also has useful secondary mesh doors and these can be unzipped (main door) to allow cool air through but the mesh can remain zipped to stop the wasps etc....
I peg mine first as far as i can under the van to get the upright material taught.
thanks for info, think i am going to go for the sunncamp, but not sure which 260 to get as they also do it in acrylic, for about £30 more than the polyester version.just got to sell my caravanstore zip and panels now
thanks for your feedback, i have ordered the sunncamp ultima 260 plus acrylic version from riversway, they had it on offer for £199, which i thought was a very good price also ordered the inner bedroom tent, cant wait to try it out, hoping it will be easier than the caravanstore zip that i have on van at present, because of a shoulder injury i find it hard getting front and side panels on caravanstore.now just got to sell caravanstore and panels
