Pull the toilet roll holder out thats on the right of the toilet when looking at it. Look inside & Undo the screw that holds the pump in place. Get a small screwdriver & spin the Propeller. Then press flush to see if it works.
When you say changed the fuse. Did you mean the fuse thats in were the cassette is.

After you have spun the impeller you will need to replace the fuse again before you try it as trying to use it and failing after you fitted a new fuse will have blown the fuse again.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013
WE are all here to help, and we all forget things. I know that when I did that job it was something I did not think to do and I had to ring up the dealers again and ask for a second helping of advice.

Ours suffered the same problems last year on our Thetford C2 C in our 1992 Swift - changing the fuse did not do solve it.
It's commonly the pump that has gone but ours turned out to be the switch mechanism itself - link to maintenance section with handy PDF's to repair/replace various bits:
Hi its only an idea ,but we had that prob would,nt flush one day then next day it would was doing our heads in lol ....but lift out the toilet roll holder on the loo inside there are wires just check that its not a loose one in there....that is what our problem was so hubby sorted them all out with connector blocks and electrical tape, works perfect now, even after towing on bumpy uk roads.......Sue .....
