Just over a year ago we bought a tall annexe from Towsure to fit out Tuscany awning that was a couple of years old..We went away for the weekend a few weeks later to try it out and found out it had a different zip to our awning.When we got back we rang Towsure explained what had happened and they tol us that the zips had changed on the new seasons awnings.They said if we took it back we could have a refund!! Well as often happens said annexe got put in the shed and forgotten.A couple of months ago we bought a new caravan,and awning,have always been pleased with the Tuscany so bought another also remembering annexe in shed that should fit new awning.Guess what? it doesn't! Zip different again.

 This mornnig I rang Towsure at Sheffield to explain everything and to ask about zips and ask what annexe would fit the new awning so we could buy a new one.They said Pyramid have just changed the zips again.They said they are having so many problems with this.They told us to take the annexe in and they will change it.Just like that.No receipt or anything.So that's what we've done.Such a nice bloke called Mike dealt with us.He was so appoligetic.We told him we'd had it over a year but he said no problem.He could see it was brand new.He said it was Pyramid's fault for changing the zips,2 times in 2 years.

I think this is real service.Thanks so much Towsure at Sheffield

It will give their business a boost with all this spreading the word on here, people will be more inclined to use them because of good service.
