Esther1, You dont get that many channels on freeview. Also you will be able to pickup a signal where a standard caravan antenna will not.
When you search you can tell it to search for free channels only, I didnt spot this when i set mine up, But just deleted the encrypted channels, They no longer show on the channel list.
