i think i have made a cockup, just got awning but i can only fit awning rail to a height of 220cm, that is the highest i can go getting a 2.60mtr straight run, only a small caravan. sunncamp say  2.35 to 2.50. I can go slightly higher but then i cant get the 2.60mtr length on awning rail. any advice would be great, or i may ring riversway leisure  and see if they will take it back

just rung them, no problems, very understanding, just got to pay £15 postage and they even arrange collection.
