Hi gazmister123, Yes I'm afraid he was very ill indeed, and has since died. My head has been rather all over the place since, but as I am exector of his will I think I should sell the caravan soon rather than later on in the year. Does this make sense?
Trouble is, I am rubbish at caravans and things associated, so it's being a steep learning curve!
OH , baggies I am so so sorry to hear that, It does make sense to try and sell what you can. At the moment vanning is so popular and its a good time to sell. Everyone on here will always lend a hand when you need help, if I was you, write out your ebay add then before you post it on the internet copy it onto hear and people will point you in the right direction.

Thank you for your kind words gazmister123, and I very much like the idea of posting the ad on here first so you all can point out my mistakes! That makes it all seem a lot less daunting.
Also thanks to the poster of the caravan value guide website - that is a very useful starting place, thank you!
I like this website, you are all so helpful even to a numpty like me!
Er.... no thanks! I am disabled, and find camp sites in general really hard work - I can't manage to walk on fields or rough ground or anything with a step - basically anything that isn't completely flat is a bit of a nightmare.
I did use to go on holiday in the caravan when I was a child (when I was able-bodied), so I know what to expect. And believe me, it would not be at all relaxing for me.
Sorry to hear of your loss. I agree with everyone that ebay is a good option, also preloved.com and here. I sold a van earlier this year and if you click the link it may give you some ideas for your listing. Good luck.
