Am buying a brand new caravan £17.5K, 2009 model, is it reasonable to ask the dealer to provide a full size dorema awning in the price of the van, in order to be able to continue using our exisiting annexes. The new van is considerably larger than our old one, so the awning that we have will no longer fit, and it is several years old. As it is getting to the end of the 2009 range, would it be worth pushing for them to provide an awning, or would I be best to wait until the 2010 range comes out in September?

if you have no trade in then ask if you have a trade in some times there a little more reluctant but ask whats the worse think they will say no sorry cant do that what have you lost for that nothing so go for it but i would have gone for it before finalizing the deal as it is a bit like agreeing then saying hang on a minute!!!!! ive changed my mind

One point worth mentioning - not all Dorema annexe fit all Dorema awnings

, the zips are different!

It's got to be worth trying for a new awning, I suppose the dealer can only say No.
