high anyone got one of these annexes are they good are they water tight as you fasten them on the poles with out being zipped in

my brother had 1 he had problem after problem and would never get 1 again he said . i bought the right 1 for my awning their not that bad in price pluss you get pice of mind its worth the extra cash you wont regret it
