hi,all,what type of jack do most of you use,i am thinking of buying a small trolley jack but concerned about wieght, any surgestions please.

I have an Alko Side lift jack mainly because a two ton trolley jack is quite heavy.

Trolley jack - I carry it in the boot.  Considered a Kojak ( looks very good ) but I already had a trolley jack and there wasn't a deal difference in weight.

If the caravan is in storage, I'd take the 3 ton trolley jack that I usually keep in the garage.  On the road, if needed I'd use the Nissan Patrol's screw jack.   I don't see the need for a jack just for the caravan.

I like the look of the kojack, I have a Elddis Crusader Super Scirroco fitted with a quad mover. The dealer had to remove the spare wheel carrier to fit the mover. Does anyone know if the Kojack would be able to be used on my van?

They supply 2 plates which bolt through existing holes to the alko chassis and these brackets give good solid mounting for the jack.  I would be very surprised if they didn't fit - my mover wasn't any obstacle.
