Hi please can someone in the Lancs/ M-cr area tell me what i should be paying for mega secure storage with the option of putting the van indoors.
A new site has just started up on the bussiness park where i work and on top off the B - park security which is 24/7 security cctv, dogs, one way in out via barriers
The caravan storage has extra security also and are going for that cossoa thingy

I'm on a gold CASSOA site at Darwen and currently pay £320 per year, split into two 6-monthly payments. The site has an 8ft spiked perimeter fence, entrance gates which are closed and locked overnight, fob-operated security gate, 24-hour cctv and the owner's brother lives on site. You also have to provide the site owner with details and reg. number of any vehicle you will use to tow your van.

CandP, which site are you on? We were lucky when we got on that one - enquired on the Monday and were told there were no spaces available but we could use the 'overflow' section till a space became empty. Collected the caravan on the Saturday and took it up to the storage site the following day, and a space had just become vacant. That's what I call good timing! lol

I am on a Silver CASSeo site in in E. Yorkshire it has controlled access, cctv and charges £195 for 12 months. So you need to look around, some of these places charge a fortune and the security is not always up to scratch. I used ot be on a storage site that charged £340 for year and oply had a compound with locked gates and everyone used to tailgate. Where i am now the owner monitors ac ess and you have to log in and out with your key fob.
