You can't fault service like that.  Hope I never need it, but it's good to know it's there.

Ours failed a couple of months ago and they posted out all the electics within 48 hours, to be sure that all bases were covered.

 I thought it was the handset at fault and was going away before the service chappie was available.

So they kindly talked me through the re-set routine pressing buttons within the "box" and on the hand set and it worked first time.

I cannot fault their customer service.

Powertouch are brilliant, they sent me a new remote cable through the post as i had lost mine, no charge.
