yep loads of mega cheap towcars out there with loads of tax and test.thats what id be doing.seasons half gone mate already and looks like the best of the weather has gone with it.

you can pick up a decent omega diesel estate for around a grand now

Yeah gonna look for something thats cheap enough that I can sell on when my car's arrived or not too much of a loss if it breaks.

There's pleanty of camping season left!, March - October for me :).

We go away almost every weekend, fri night's then come back late sunday, it's really annoying not being able to tow with the hire car!.

P.S. A lot of the older tow cars seem to have a low braked towing weight, i've looked the 405's/406's, older volvo s40.
