We have the spacelite, very similar, which we purchased for similar reasons to yourself, and although it can be put up by one person, trying to get it back into the bag whilst still attached is a nightmare. Certainly not able to do alone. We usually take it off the rail and roll it back up, and then thread it through the rail when we next go out. Found that it was not watertight when left rolled up on rail, and nearly always got a shower upon opening.
Also have had to make a number of modifications. The door ways were awful, and i have made a central doorway. The middle of the roof was very 'billowy' even in the slightest breeze, we have had to add another pole for this. I really wish we had waited, we are now looking at the Kampa Fiesta, and the Kampa Rally as we are getting rather fed up with the spacelite.
