At the risk of repeating myself (why have we got two threads running on the same thing?) :
I've had two vans that had doors on the right side. They were both quite short vans so there was never a problem, on the odd occasion when the site managers wanted them nose first then they had to push them on for me. But this has happened a couple of times with ones that have the door on the left, as well.
