we always have our clothes in our warerobe, there is nothing wrong with it as long as you dont put everything and the kitchen sink in there,

Anything that will be hanging we drape across the front seats - easy to hang once we get where we're going, and keeps the weight low down...it's surprising how much clothes weigh, and I'd rather not have them swinging about in a wardrobe.

Other clothes go in holdalls, which are kept on floor in van or boot of car, depending on noseweight of van and how much is in the van & car.

As much on the floor as possible keeps the centre of gravity down and stability up! Bit of a pain if we split the journey overnight, but it's one night and it takes 5 mins to put stuff in car overnight, and 5 mins to put it back in the van the next day.

i have all my work clothes hanging in wardrobe shoes/boots/waders neatly in the bottom

its not a mega sized wardrobe so not much chance of being overladen

my dirty washing tends to remain on the floor (joke ok no it actually does) in a bag  ready to be washed and ironed on my return and put straight back in

as the pipe for blow air that runs through bottom of wadrobe is punctured all my clothes come out warmed in the morning :)
