We've had our 2005 Compass Corona 362 about a month now and have been away quite a few times and we love it!!....................in fact so much I've just been out to do a few jobs in it and ended up sat in it on the drive for over an hour with a cuppa and magazine!!...........please tell me I'm not the only mad one!!!
Well ClaireL, you're about as Potty as the rest of us ... well, my wife anyway. She takes refuge in the van when she wants a bit of peace and quite for her study, I'll often find the house empty and realise she's out in the van
sounds alright to me, having a brew in the van even in winter is so nice, memories of holidays come back...plus if it lives on the drive it makes a good place to take the weight off your feet while working in the garden
Dont know what your talking about .... I NEVER watched a film in ours , and would certainly NEVER have hidden from the kids in it , nor would I have just sat there aimlessly doing nothing for nothings sake !! Nope dont know what you mean !!

October 23rd....mmmm who knows ???
last year just after refitting the van out i had promised the youngest daughter a weekend away in it.. however work was rained off so we both spent the weekend 3 foot from the front window had a full cooked breakfast and was even joined by the wife for brekkie and the odd coffee for the day shortly afterwards freinds of ours joined us at one point therer was 7 of us were in there drinking coffee
Oh yes many a happy cuppa been had about a foot from our front door. What is the point in having it sitting on the drive if your not going to use it there.
my PIL have their van on the drive and on more than one occasion we have gone to visit found the cars there and house all locked up apparantly noone home until a head pops out of the caravan! they are in there "organising" stuff!
the new van arrived and just a week later they found an excuse to sleep in it on the drive, they needed to see if our son would like his new bunk in the van! he is 2 and would sleep anywhere so long as he has his mo mo.
we would spend time in our van but it is in storage a few miles from home.
ours is kept at a friends garage & i often find an "excuse" to pop down with something. went doen tonight to get it organised foe the weekend & almost fell asleep lol...... wish i could have it next to the house
LOL we are all mad! I like hiding in there from the kids! It's in our back garden and when ever my toddler goes out there he goes mad trying to get in....he is obsessed with caravans and has an array of toy ones bless him. He's 2 on saturday and i really wanted to take him away in it but my 10yrold wants to go to her friends party on the same day...ho hum.
