Having moved from a folding camper to a caravan,this is my first post asking for advice.Would bolting, a tilt and swivel mounting bracket to hold an lcd,to the side of our wardrobe affect  our warranty at all.I would obviously strengthen  the inside of the wardrobe to accomodate the bracket.Anybody done this,or can see any problems?Cheers  John.

Hi John l did this to my caravan and had no problem, just make sure you put extra wood at the back as support, l used coach bolts for extra strenght

Warranty would only be an issue if you claimed for a bending wall that the bracket was attached to for example. Otherwise enjoy yourself.

i did this to ours.due to the force of the leverage on the bracket when the tv is outstretched,i needed to place a half inch thick square of ply behind where it was going.because the wardrobe was behind i managed to hide the thick ply completely.the ply used in a caravan is no where near strong enough to take this weight.i used a strong glue to hold the thick ply in place.once dry i used two nuts and bolts all the way through the bracket and the thick ply on the other side.it has never moved.use thick ply as large as you can get away with because a small piece will allow the thin ply to flex and split.
