A week or 2 ago someone on this forum was having problems with Bradcott taking their money for an awning annex but then not sending it and each time she phoned they promised to get it sent. I don't know if she ever got it or not.
We got an awning included in our new 'van and lo and behold it had to be Bradcott lol. I asked the dealer about Bradcott and he told me that they are moving over to Romania. If they are moving the factory over there then i hope they don't claim to be British made!
I was really happy with my NR awning, their customer service was really good when i ordered new poles which arrived the very next day and would recommend them to anyone. Though i must admit i do like the look of our new awning and the poles seem extra easy to put up. When we get a chance to put it up i'll let you know how it goes :)

Im onto my 3rd Bradcott excellent value and quality in my eyes, when my poles got bent in severe winds Bradcott kindly supplied me new ones free of charge.
It seems many internet companies will take your money when they dont have the stock ask my son whos birthday was spoilt when his drum pedal didnt turn up. Paid for 3 weeks earlier promised will be in next couple of days. Order cancelled and new one sought from company in Germany, delivered in 5 days. I try to stay with British companies BUT !!
It's Grant Lyon that has had probs with Bradcot supplying an annexe, he currently has my annexe because he had to go away without one otherwise. There seems to be a major supply issue and also rumours of them going under but I have no idea what the state of play is currently.
We have the Classic, been up for two seasons now on our seasonal pitch without a major problem. We found the Easy Up pole system rubbish and replaced a lot of the fixtures with old style ones which cured the problem.
Yep it was me that had Bradcott snags, I also have an active that seems to be OK but I think the NR was stronger. Do be aware I had terrible supply snags with bradcot and it took three months to get my goods and they had taken my cash at the time of ordering. I was not too happy, they did however sort everything out in the end.
Hi Richl812, we also have the Bradcot sport, plus annexe and it's fab. Would agree with your comment about putting it up, we used it for the first time last week and were quite pleased at how straightforward it was. Ours was an EBay bargain, £190 used twice, curtains never hung, it's almost new.
We also have a bradcot sport bought on ebay (never been used) excellent. Have also just bought annex and inner tent direct from Bradcot excellent service supplied before expected time and with prior notification. Has stood up really well to high winds and heavy rain. The joys of a british summer!!
I really wanted an Isabella to go with our new van but got put off by the price tag, way too high for the amount of use it'd get with us. I then enquired about Bradcot & heard the same rumour as Ali. That made me feel unsure so I decided to buy another Dorema, ordered it over the phone on last monday & it was here by courier wednesday afternoon. http://www.dorema.co.uk I wanted the Senator lux but they've got several other models on offer at the moment.
