After years of camping, I am now beginning to feel my age, I was wondering if there are companies that hire out touring caravans and deliver to a particular site. Don't know if I want to buy a caravan yet, or tow one. We go to the same site year after year, so thought it would be a good idea to hire a caravan instead. So does anyone know of companies that will do this?

A number of companies do this and most will deliver to a local site. Just google touring caravan hire and there are lots of hits. We hired many years ago to see if we liked caravanning but we towed ours to see if we could cope with the towing. The only company we could find at the time was in Ireland but now there are lots of them.

I've seen Swindon Caravans towing hire vans to Badminton horse trials so I guess they'd deliver to a site for hire customers. Hate to think how much a mile they'd want though. As Carol said, just google it & see if a dealer near where you want to go hires vans.
