My wife, baby & I were out looking at caravans today and spotted a 2008 Abbey Vogue 520 in a dealers for £9,850.
The van looks as new and is a 1 owner who i was told sold it through ill health after only a couple of trips away.
So am I just being skeptical on the if it seems to good to be true it normally is or is it just a genuine bargain?
Sounds a bit too cheap to me even with the credit crunch , has it had a bang and been repaired , i would say buyer beware , check it out thoroughly before handing over any cash , do a CRiS check on it Click_here .

Hi there, the reason this van may sound cheap maybe because Swift will no longer be making any of the Abbey models. We were at a dealer in Cheltenham at Easter and saw a twin axle Vogue, can't remember the model. Anyway again the price was really good and we were thinking about it but the distance to dealer was a bit off putting. We called into our local dealer, White Arches, to have another look and was told about Abbey, and this was the reason for the low price. Don't know if it would affect the Manufacturers warranty tho. Hope this helps. Jan
I purchase a caravan from Kingdom Caravans in Kincardine this year
Not as new as the one you are interested in by far but I would not complain about them.
I only got a 3 month warranty with my caravan, I had some small problems with it after the warranty ran out and they sorted the problems out (a new skylight if that's what it's called and a new battery all free and offered to fix the electric's but i had done that myself)
And all of the faults were not even in the warranty anyway
As with buying a second hand car a caravan is the same you just hope you get a good one.
