Yes youll need to obviously consider how your going to get hot water. ie cascade water heater or other unit gas or electric
im guessing a purly electric would be easier but either would not be a major job. you would also need to consider where you would put the heater and make sure you can obtain the bits for outside to
you would also need to look where to run gas pipes if fitting gas and where to T from and then water intake

ive never undertaken this myself but have been looking at changing my van and the ones i keep finding dont have hot water so this maybe something i will be doing in the future
