hi all, just away in my caravan now {Padstow Touring Park} in cornwall, As we are sat here my wife and son have decided that we must have one of these flags on the big flexible flag poles that seem to be popping up all over, Some with flags on and some with all sorts of other items dangling from them.

any way just wondered if anyone knows where these can be purchased from as I dont recall seeing these in any shops so it may be a website.

any pointers appreciated

And of course ebay,I have had a few flag poles and flags from skyblueleisure they are realy good.

all of the steam rallies have them i think for about a tenner you get a decent lenth with a semi decent flag..

I'll be getting one this weekend as there.....

an excelent bit of kit for spotting the van from the beer tent.. oh and letting ppl know where your van is (ie visitors)

We used a cheap carp fishing pole then cable ties for the flag..

Why do people seem to need to put big poles up with all sorts of things flapping on them? Does'nt bother me , but why carry extra weight in the van??

We fly the Yorkshire Flag and are proud to do so.  It makes a great talking point and that way you get to meet lots of different people . People who probably wouldn't bother to pass the time of day with you.
