Hi, Yes you will get insurance but read the small print, some companies say that if you leave your awning unattended for more than 48 hrs, it won't be covered, there are other stipulations as well, so as i say read the small print.

We recently put our caravan onto a seasonal pitch and found lots of companies that wouldn't insure it - partly exagerrated by it being a twin axle I think.

But the Caravan Club policy doesn't mind where you are pitched - or how long for provided it is properly secured.

They weren't the cheapest - but turned out to be our best bet because other companies wanted trackers etc.
