I read all of this thread. It made me think how I would feel if a neighbour parked a caravan (or motorhome) "within eyeshot". I reckoned that I would not be pleased despite the fact that I do camp (& once owned a caravan for exactly 1 hour).

And if it were parked in a place where caravans where prohibited would I complain? Hmmm, it appears I am more of a NIMBY than I thought.

i can see us having to offload our new to us senator wyoming because of these idiots purposely making it impossible to get in or out.

No idea what a rot box is but your neighbours are clearly not nice people.  Are they causing an obstruction?  Have camera ready and take pictures with the date showing and you could suggest to them that you could take action against them.  Mind you, it could escalate the problem or stop them, a bit of a risk.
