Tell them you'll go elsewhere if you don;t get the deal you have asked for.
Mind you it seems that as Caravans are in demand this year, you may not get the deal you hoped for.
Also - even if extras are included such as electric calbles, water tubs, steps etc, keep your own or ask the dealer what he will pay you for them - or for the new ones. I f he won't buy them then sell them on ebay.
