We are thinking of selling our 2007 Bailey Pageant Provence when we get back off hols in 1 weeks time so we can sell before the october caravan show.

From peoples experience do we have any chance of selling as it is the end of the season. Would we better to wait until spring of next year - will require lots of patience!!

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Bought mine this time of year from a dealer. I thought i got a bargain which was proved when i was offered £500 less than i paid for it, owned it for 5 years.

I heard from a dealer that used caravans are in demand by dealers at present.  There seems to be few around, so perhaps this is the correct time to sell.

Just bought our Dandy last week. We have a trailer tent and have been wary of using it with all the rain due to drying it out. I know it's not the same as a caravan, but during the summer people often rethink what they have and start looking for something different/more convenient. So I would say the end of summer is still a good time. Bound to drop of once into September/October though.
