Well, it didn't take us long but we managed to lose the remote forthe mover we only had fitted a couple of months ago!

I'm really gutted , even more so cos I've just had to do some tricky manouvres in the pitch black at our storage site after a 20 hour journey back from France. 

Anyway, I have heard that you can pick these remotes up off ebay.  Do they work?  Our friends' didn't work on our caravan so I'm assuming that they aren't universal and there must be some sort of programming involve,

Has anyone had any experience of this?  Would appreciate any advice,

At a guess I should imagine that any caravan dealer would be able to get you a new remote and code it to your mover control box.

Then again you would need to take the van to the dealer.

How about calling the guys that fitted it?

I lost mine couple of months ago, phoned powertouch i think it cost me £80 for new one. Because yours is new it will be same , any way after trying for ages to programme it in i called them from my mobile phone, they went  through all things to do still no joy. They decided to get someone out to have a look needed new unit and was fixed within 4 days. Thankfully the warrenty covers it.

had a faulty remote and they got one to me in less than 24 hours,now thats service.we were at keswick site at the time and the post was first class.if new i would get one from powrtouch as you need instuctions to validate and activate.
