were do i start, got a van today think its around 1990 ace rallyman so old van but its a starter van for us,hubby never been in a tourer but im used to them as we had em wen i was young at home but i never did the practical bits.

right we know there is no hot water but it has got a pump so thats fine ive worked that out,

i have found a little round plug about an inch round coming out of the seat and there are wires attatched at the back ,do we know wot this could be?

ive tried the fridge on 240v and wont work but the van isnt compleatly level so this could be the problem.

in does have wot looks like blown heating under the seat and i have found a little switch under a little shelf but wen i switch it on doesnt seem to do anything, suggestions please,i could take picys tomorow if needed.thanx for the help  from a tin tent newbie.

Hi and welcome,

Try posting a few pics, sounds like you have a few little issues to sort out, maybe someone who owns the same model will pass through here soon.

Are you sure of the switch positions for the fridge and internal fittings, it should be able to run 240v and I assume gas.

A cigar/cigarette lighter can be used to charge your mobile, should you not have a mains charger. Loads of other stuff too.
