I suspect they are things added by a previous owner so wouldn't be in the manual. I had a 1991 Ace Pioneer and don't recognise the first but the second is a 12volt.
There have been quite a few different types of 12 volt sockets over the years. If you have problems getting a plug, just change the socket to a different type that you can get a plug for.
Either way, I would try & trace the wiring & make sure it is properly fused and installed. Dodgy DIY wiring is a big cause of fires.
Silly question, but do you actually need 12 volt power for anything. I just use 240volt mains equipment on electric hookup.
