Well after all the great advice from folks on here we went out yesterday and swopped our car for a Landrover Discovery - a real bargain and then bought a Bailey Pageant Champagne 2004 - it is immaculate!! We couldn't resist. I know we should have waited until the end of the season - but it is just the lay out we wanted and we just couldn't resist. We are now looking at insurance, storage, security devices etc etc - what a minefield! We are not collecting it for a couple of weeks until everything sorted and we'd already booked to go camping next weekend.....last time in our lovely tent . BUT we have our lovely caravan to look forward to
Now I'm going to trawl through looking for advice on everything!
What a lovely lot you are! xx

The Champagne is a brilliant layout. We've had the RANGER 510/4, which is the same, for 7 years now. Beautiful big bathroom, good kitchen, side dinette gives extra space for cooking or for living. All great.
I know we are so excited - we want to fetch it now - but need to get all the bits and bobs sorted - we are still trying desperately to find out about wheel clamps, hitch locks etc. etc. We really are newbies!!

Porch awnings can be picked up for under £100 & are light, easy to put up & great for weekends when you don't want to waste time putting a full awning up. We've got the Sunncamp 260 & love it!
Yep would of freaked out if someone else brought it! lol Even tho we had to drive to Highbridge in somerset and back today to check what we had brought! All worked out tho, you only live once
