The site owners say theres no waiting list , its first come first served, ring us again end of sept/beginning oct, and we'll have an idea of whats becoming available.
When we view the van we will go and see him again and see what he has to say then . You never know, the van owner may be one who is pally with the site owner , and perhaps he can put a word in , like, I can sell my van to these people , quick sale ,but only if they have a pitch, maybe it will help.
At least we know the van owner isn't going to hand the van over until end of oct, as he intends using it right up til end of season, he's a surfer. So we hope that by the end of oct, they will let us know , one way or the other .
Even if the van isn't right for us, a least if we know we can have a pitch , we have all winter to find another.
