well its gone in and when it had it's service in feb it failed the damp test on both side of the door and has been fixed ( I think not grr)

Am off over there at lunch time to complain big time we are feeling really let down and tbh I don't know wether I want to own a van any more grrrrr

£11,000 for a known to be damp van plus no service history   waste of money :o(

Draig, surely he means that the dealer knew it was damp but didn't inform him when he bought it?  BTW good choice of 'van on your part lol

had i have know at the time that the service history was not upto date and the van was damp then i would not have bought the damn thing

ok so have been in aspoken  to the boss at the dealers they are disappointed that the van has somehow slipped the net  they are fixing and also contacting swift to see if swift will honour the warranty even with a missed first service and if swift wont honour it then the dealer has said that they will honour the warranty period for us and they have agreed that i should have it all in writing so am much happier (I think !!! ).
