I cannot help you with an awning specifically for a Teardrop, but my Sprintawy Lux, (see gallery), came with a Kyham Sunscreen Awning which I found rather small for anything but a long weekend camp.

On looking for something bigger, we bought a Kyham Driveaway Awning that is meant to be used on a VW Kamper. This camper has a sliding side door and so the Driveaway has a double width connecting tunnel.

My wee van is only 5 foot wide (rear door) and so I cut and stitched the tunnel to fit my van.
There is little or no strain on the tunnel part so the stitching does not have to be all that strong as the van and the tent, with its guylines take most of the punishment in wind.

The tunnel is attached to the van with 50mm wide Hook and Loop (Industrial Velcro).
The Hook side is stuck to the van using double sided carpet tape and the Loop is stitched around the tunnel entrance.

The whole set up works very well and it gives us oodles of space with the inner 2 bedroom part giving us a loo tent and a storage tent, leaving the rest of the are for usual awning use.

As a matter of interest, I had great difficulty finding strong thread to sew the tent, in the colours that I wanted.
Black or white was plentiful but not the blue I required.

Then I approached a Sail Making firm and they had all the colours of the rainbow. I was given enough sail thread to sew 100 tents!

Indeed, had I chosen to do so, I could have taken the tent to them and they would have sewn it for me.

Whoever makes teardrops must do the awnings as there was a one on the pitch next to us in wales last month they are identical to the caravan.
