Sounds like Cranham to me to, be aware though that some ukcs members have written in the past that they have been less than pleased with their aftersale service after they have purchased their van from there, have also been told certain things about Cranham to but as I've no personal experience of buying a van from them I cant say if its true ot not.
I have visited the Cranham site and have found the staff rude to the part of ignorant, and I was intersted in buying !! However their sister branch at Hatfield Peverel are the total opposite, very helpful and polite.
Its amazing how little you need to travel to discover a change in peoples' attitudes and manners.
No Papadore they certainly do not, but Hatfield Peverel are so different ..... I can only put it down to the two areas really but perhaps thats a bit unfair to Havering in general.
Been to the Hatfield Peverel branch to on the way to a camp and found them lovely, very helpful and polite, I never go to Cranham now to buy anything even though they are the nearest caravan shop to me, I usually send for whatever I need or use camping shops I pass en-route to somewhere.

I went to Cranham last November to price up some vans i think the guy i delt with was called steve he couldn,t have been nicer .i bought a van from there on the strength of his professionalism and honesty and indepth knowledge of what we were buying and what we required .Sorry can,t bash Cranham as we only had great service from them
Don't do it. Friend just bought theirs from there and had nothing but problems. When OH went with them to pick it up as he had never towed before bloke didn't know what he was doing OH knew more. Didn't seem like any checks had been done either as fuses had blown and other mega problems too. OH said he would have sent the van back and told them to get it sorted.
Can only go on their experience though. (We looked around when looking for our van but didn't think they could be bothered because we only wanted a second hand one).
