Aye, well. there is nowt great about the site itself (though the usual CC high standards for facillities) but the location

My Outlaws are West Cumbrians of the Whitehaven variety, so no way do they pay CC prices

Not technically going away in the van,however, we're taking it down to Mums and staying on her front garden for a couple of days. She hasn't got the room for us all to stay, and my brother is back from Oz, so no way am I not drinking !! . Mums neighbours will be horrified.......so that just adds to the excitement !!

We're off to Blackpool South after Christmas and staying over New Year.

Well, hopefully.... We were booked for last New year and had to cancel due to illness! We couldn't be so unlucky two years running, could we????

working 12 hours xmas day & boxing day this year .....dont think we`ll ever get away xmas or new year,always something crops up with work or illness or redundancy...never mind , maybe xmas 2010 ???

We're going to a little farmyard on hard standing, five caravans in the middle of no-where surrounded by Essex countryside for New Years. Leaving the kids at home with nan. This place has a view where you can see for miles and yet there is not one building in sight, when i say dark -i mean it's so dark you can't see your hand in front of yer face

The caravans will all be facing each other cowboy and indian stylee with a heated gazebo in the middle. Man, are we gonna party hard

Hope it snows, there's a 4wd track that runs past us!
