Thinking of fitting a trumatic ultraheat to my van which currently has the S5002 gas system fitted.Anyone had any experiences fitting and/or using this system.As we pay such alot for electric nowadays we want to stop using our gas and use the hook up aswell as the fact its safer at night to leave on.

Any advice welcome.

Correctly installed the ultraheat will be perfectly safe as will your gas fire if correctly maintained.

If it's not a mis-print?, The big double heat exchanger Truma 5002 should be serviced rectangularly and not used if the second burner takes a while to light or lights with more than the slightest 'woof'

What spellchecker are you using these days? Or do you need to use right-angled spanners to service a 5002?
