Well we picked up our tickets, Thanks to David :) this morning and went onto the show. 

Saw the Stealth 'vans and as we knew were not impressed but were with the guy selling them lol.

Didn't think i'd like the Pegasus and was correct.  But did like the bathroom layout in the 6 berth as its better than ours.

Looked at other manufacturers and were not impressed especially with Coachman which i always seem to hear good things about and really wanted to see this super dooper build quality but was sorely disappointed.

On a plus note i already knew that my caravan was the best for our family and seeing all the new 2010 models that was reinforced today.

I've been meaning to join up with the caravan club but hadn't got around to it so was pleased to be able to join up today and as well as receiving a free night valid up to the end of 2010 but there was no joining fee.

We also bought an Outdoor Revolution Easi Porch with the awning annex but can't find it anywhere online or even in the brochure we picked up.  Does anyone have one or know where i can see it online?  It doesn't matter if i don't see it online because i had a really good look at it but i wanted to show my ds a picture of it as the annex is for him to sleep in cos he prefers having his own space outside.

We had a really great day there and want to go again lol

Andi - dh just asked me about the joining fee.  We paid £37 for the years membership but didn't pay the £5 joining fee.  Quite why there would be an extra £5 charge when you are already paying a premium for membership is beyond me, so don't ask me why cos i don't know lol.  We were with the camping and caravanning club for the past 2 years but there a few caravan club sites that i like the look of so thought i would join them this year.  From the looks of it it seems more expensive than the c&cc but won't know until i've tried a few.  I think both clubs are doing the same offer if that helps you

Lassie - Is it the canopy one at the top of the list?  If so no its a porch awning that is enclosed on 3 sides but 2 of the sides zip out where the annex can go and its a pretty decent size inside too.  Don't know whether its a new one out but if it is i wish he'd have told me that then i would have taken a photo of it.

It was a great day.  Thanks again :)  Think i'll have to put in some overtime to pay for my bargains lol

Bargins? we were trying to get a deal on 2 Cadacs at Riversway and Towsure. Neither would budge on price even though we wanted to buy 2.

Why would I go to the show and buy when I can get the same price from their website?!

I think the £5 fee is only payable if you dont pay by direct debit this has been the same for as long as I have been a member and both clubs have the same policy.
