My nice new Bailey Senator has a TV all plumbed in neat on a swinging turntable up on the wall. Now they have turned off BBC2 in our area, the TV don't work, and next month non of the channels will work.

So (a)  What do I do now ?, there is no scart socket on the tele.

and (b) How do I do whatever neatly ?

Not much use having a posh tele to watch in bed, if it takes a rats nest of wiring to get a picture.

Not too pleased about Bailey's approach. Anybody solved the problem for themselves.?

I'm afraid its just typical from Budget Bailey

It will now be far cheaper just to buy a nice new lcd tv with built in freeview and mount it onto the original brackets in your van !

The TV is a Avtex W150T in our Senator is Digital and Analogue you just choose which you want by pressing the button on the remote but by far the Digital picture is better than the Analogue. They must have very recently changed it as ours as a Scart and two HDMI ports so no Budget Bailey here.

Some digi boxes have an RF output as well as a scart.

We have a freeview TV in our caravan. Not all areas of England can get Freeview. What then?

Ive spoken to Bailey, following comments on here re other peoples experience, (thanks peeps), and it appears that the very early models may have been supplied with analogue units. Ours was one of the first off the line, but supplied in March this year, and apparently it should have an Avtex digital.

So we are now in chat with the dealer re exchange. Watch this space.

That's the point! There won't be any Analogue after 5th December.
